If you are interested in a career with Fit 'N' Well as a massage therapist, but don't know where to begin, we would recommend a two year program at Grant MacEwan in Edmonton. They have a great massage therapy program. Once you are done at school, you will need to join a massage association. In Edmonton, there are two options. Massage Therapists Association of Alberta (MTAA)or the Natural Health Practitioners of Canada. There are two great massage supply stores in Edmonton that supply us with our equipment and tools. Who Are We?

Fit 'N' Well Massage Therapy is a sister company to Fit 'N' Well Personal Training Inc. Personal training and massage therapy go hand in hand to help people work through pain, injury and poor posture. Our massage therapists work to soothe strained and sore muscles to alleviate any current discomfort that you may be in. Our personal trainers then work to help you strengthen and stretch your muscles, improving muscle imbalances to prevent your current discomfort from turning into permanent chronic pain.

Our personal trainers have been serving people in Edmonton, Sherwood Park and St. Albert and area since 1998. We also have mobile trainers who see people in their homes and offices before, during and after work hours.
